Statecraft V2 - A Personal Operating System for ChatGPT 

Statecraft V2 is a lightweight operating system built around ChatGPT Projects. It adds structured onboarding, working context, goals, decisions, commands and reusable ways of working so ChatGPT can help you continue work instead of rebuilding the context every time you start a new conversation.

It is not another chatbot and it is not a separate AI service. Statecraft is a small system you install inside a ChatGPT Project. You still talk to ChatGPT normally. Statecraft gives that Project a betterstructure for remembering what matters around the work.

Why I built it

I use AI constantly, and one of the biggest sources of friction is not intelligence - it is continuity. Good work gets spread across conversations. Decisions get forgotten. The same background gets explained again. Useful ideas disappear into old chats. A new conversation can be capable and still have no idea where the last one left off.

Statecraft started as my attempt to solve that problem for myself. Over time it became a way to give AI a persistent working frame: what I am trying to do, what has already been decided, what is still open, what information matters, and what the next useful move probably is.

What Statecraft does

Statecraft helps organize the state around your work. It can keep track of goals, projects, decisions, notes, open loops, priorities and useful source material. It gives ChatGPT a consistent way to re-enter\ ongoing work and a small command layer for common tasks.

You do not have to use commands. Natural language remains the main interface. The commands are shortcuts when you want them.

It becomes more useful as you use it The first day, Statecraft knows only what you tell it during onboarding and what you add it. As you use it, the Project accumulates better context: decisions you made, corrections you gave, projects you are actually working on, patterns in how you prefer to work, and source material you intentionally connect or upload.

That accumulated context is the point. Statecraft is designed so later conversations can begin closer to the real state of the work instead of treating every chat as a blank page.
